補上這次在泰國做Spa的心得～再回來"SU Esthetic Home Spa"做 Spa ，這次選做上次沒試的facial+body massage, 再加RF射頻在眼部加強緊實，還有韓式草藥蒸氣Korean herb steam30分鐘 ，這是像韓國一樣坐在一個有㓊的椅子上，裡面放了草藥粉蒸，蒸氣由洞口上來，我穿了一件由脖子蓋到腳的浴衣，身體就在裡面蒸，知道這對女性婦科方面很好所以就選了這個😁，蒸了30分鐘果然已經全身放鬆了😴，沖個澡就開始全身油壓，按摩師的手法還是一樣沒有變-非常專業，而且非常貼心的會墊枕頭和毛巾在頭部，為了調整頸部有正和肩膀是放鬆的，讓按摩時的氣上的到腦，（我覺得這個很重要，因為有時候按摩完反而覺得身體的氣有些不順🤔，可能是脊椎沒直的關係!）
臉的部份：按摩的手法真的很舒服，而且按的很用心，此手法是幫助拉提臉部和頸部喔！最後還敷了面膜和按摩胸部😀做完臉都變小了一點☺️而且很亮😀✨
最後還和老闆娘拍了照，原來老闆娘是香港人來泰國住了8年了，泰文説的很好呢！😊
超推這家的按摩是因為做了那麼多家Spa,這家是手法最專業、按完最放鬆、價錢也是最便宜的一家，做了2小時30分的療程才花2000初泰幣喔！👍🏻😊

從BTS Phrom Phong站步行到Su Esthetic Home Spa約10分鐘。
建議搭BTS到Phrom Phong站後再搭計程車約3分鐘就到，因為第一次可能不太好找😉離開時走出來大馬路約10分鐘就可見到Emporium百貨公司
